Why Our Intuition MattersĀ
Our intuition is innate. Every one of us receives it. In fact, 96% of research participants shared that they believe anyone can connect with their intuition if they choose to. We can think of it as our life purpose's GPS, a powerful and wise guidance system that has been with us all along.
Learning to understand it, recognize it, and discern it from fear or stress is a practice. And like any practice, it builds with attention and time. Incredible work getting curious about how your intuition communicates with you.
Our intuition can arrive as something we see, not always with our physical eyes, but as a flash of imagery, a mental picture, or a visual impression that surfaces before we have had time to think. Someone sits down to journal about a difficult decision and an image of a door appears in their mind, clearly closed.
They do not know why. Three days later they understand exactly what it meant. These visual impressions are easy to dismiss as imagination or distraction.
They are worth paying attention to. Our visual channel is active and alive, and the more we practice noticing what surfaces, the more fluent it becomes.
