Why Our Intuition MattersĀ

Our intuition is innate. Every one of us receives it. In fact, 96% of research participants shared that they believe anyone can connect with their intuition if they choose to. We can think of it as our life purpose's GPS, a powerful and wise guidance system that has been with us all along.

Learning to understand it, recognize it, and discern it from fear or stress is a practice. And like any practice, it builds with attention and time. Incredible work getting curious about how your intuition communicates with you.

Our intuition sometimes arrives not as a feeling, a sound, or an image, but as a complete knowing. Sourceless. Certain. Inconvenient in the best possible way, because it often arrives before we have gathered enough information to justify what we already know.

Someone receives a job offer and knows immediately, before reading the details, before consulting anyone, that the answer is no. They spend two weeks talking themselves out of what they knew in the first ten seconds. This is one of the most common intuitive experiences in our research, and one of the least trusted. Knowing is a channel. Following it is a practice.
